Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds and Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Books

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your book/ merch/ pokemon card arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at authorcrenee@gmail.com, providing your order number and details of the issue. Photographs may be requested to help us assess the problem.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return

To discuss a return, please contact us at authorcrenee@gmail.com before sending your item back. We will provide the return address and instructions where applicable.

Please do not send items to an address without first contacting us to arrange the return. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping Costs

For items covered by Australian Consumer Law, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with your legal rights. Where a returned item is confirmed to have a problem, we will reimburse reasonable return costs where required by law.

Refund Processing

Once we have received and assessed your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Sale Items

Sale items are subject to the same consumer guarantee rights as other products. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges on sale items, but this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
